Superfood Sunday Smoothie Bowl Time!




Start your Sunday in superfood style, with this full power wake up smoothie bowl. It will give you that burst of energy you need the morning after the night before and will keep you full until lunch. Bursting with anti oxidants, Acaii is a health powerhouse.
Ingredients:
4 tbs Acaii powder
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup almond milk or coconut water
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
1 tsp honey
Toppings:
Banana
Almonds
Blueberries
Chia Seeds
Cinnamon
Method:
Blend the Acaii powder, frozen berries, milk, spinach leaves and honey together in a high power blender. Add a little more almond milk or water if it is too thick. (The texture should be a little thick.)
Add your favorite toppings and enjoy every mouthful.
