Superfood Smoothie To Wake You Up This Wednesday




It’s Wednesday! Which means we are one step closer to the weekend, so celebrate with this healthy superfood smoothie to give you a happy boost this morning. Filled with fibre and anti oxidants, it will keep you satisfied until lunch and will give you a power boost of protein.
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana.
1/2 cup frozen berries.
1 tbsp hemp seeds.
1/2 cup almond milk.
1/2 fresh banana, sliced.
Fresh raspberries.
Fresh blackberries.
1 tsp chia seeds.
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp mulberries
Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until thick and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
