5 Ingredient Raw Vegan Chocolate Cake



Looking for a mouthwatering dessert that is easy to make, gluten-free, sugar-free, vegan and raw? May we introduce to you our five ingredient no-bake vegan chocolate cake. It’s a decadent, creamy delight that won’t have you slaving over an oven or leave you in a sugar-induced slump. Wow your tea-time guests or treat yourself with this easy and scrumptious vegan dessert!

Ingredients:
1/2 a large, very-ripe banana
2 tablespoons high quality cocoa powder
2 tablespoons male syrup or organic honey
4 tablespoons almond butter
5 drops pure vanilla extract, or more if desired

Method:
1. Blend all ingredients together in your blender or food processor. Be sure to taste the mixture to gauge whether you’d like to add a little more of your chosen sweetener.
2. Spread into a wax paper-lined container.
3. Refrigerate overnight, or freeze for a few hours. The cake will keep in the freezer for weeks. Let the cake thaw for at least 20 minutes prior to eating. This recipe makes a small cake. Feel free to double or triple the recipe if you’re catering to a larger crowd.
4. Garnish with desiccated coconut, chopped nuts or fresh fruit.
